Depends on what car. I am not sure of Ions and later models. But on a S-series, might as well put a bag of lays in your car. They do more harm then good and generate absolutely no power what's so ever.

Basically any performance "chip" for most cars, is a program and will not actually look like a chip, nor will it be cheap. Most of the newer cars these days do not even require a program or SAFC but you can simply flash the car. But if you already bought it you should be
