check eng light and miss
My 2000 Ls has an intermittent miss. The chk. eng light came on just yesterday. Here's the real problem! I tried to get codes with my OBD scanner , but there was no power to the scanner. I checked the scanner on my other cars and it works fine. It just does nothing, no display when plugged in the obd port on the LS. It doesn't matter what position the key is in. I suspect a fuse but can't find a specific fuse for the ECM. HELP!

You're looking for 10-Amp fuse F2.06 in the Central Junction Box. It should be providing power to pin 16 of the diagnostic connector at all times. It's an orange/yellow wire.
