Retrofit GM keyless entry?
My '01 Sub didn't come with factory keyless entry. While deciphering the wiring diagram, I noticed that it looks like I could just buy the keyless entry "brain" & a transmitter, plug it in and voila! I'd have keyless entry
True?On a side note, I found out I've got HEPA filters installed even though they aren't listed on the window sticker:smoka:

Bowtie would know better than me as I am just a GM parts guy, but we do the trailblazers all the time.
As far as I know just buy the reciever and the xmitters, then have the dealership program the BCM to recognize the remotes and receiver and you are in. |
