The closest thing I have to a Valentine is taking me out to dinner - despite my insisting that pizza in his new house that he just bought is completely cool with me. Oh well.
I hate Valentine's Day, but he's so excited about this whole dinner ordeal, I feel like a party pooper if I don't act thrilled. I hate pink. Ugh.

Please don't shamelessly plug your employer. Sincerely, The moderators. I'm also going to make her dinner and clean the apartment before she gets home from work on Friday and then make her breakfast in bed on Saturday morning. Oh, and since I'm a newspaper editor and all, I get free ads, so I placed one for the Feb. 14 edition of the paper that tells her how much I love her. First V-day as a married couple. Good times!
