Pal's problem any insights
Posting this for a friend tell me what you think might be the case
here's what he told me Hello everyone, I've got a quick question about my 99 gsx eclipse. Right before I put it away for winter I was driving it and after I drive it for about 3 minutes or so, it will randomly loose power and the car will start to vibrate. It will usualy continue doing this until I turn off the car and then will just happen again the next time I drive it. I havn't had it looked at by a mechanic yet but just trying to break down the problem before so. Any help is appriciated, thanks.

this is what I've said
Well first thing I would do is change the plugs put in some ngkbr7es gapped around .032 -,028. To me this is clearly an engine misfire. If not lean it could be extremely rich. It could be fouled plugs. It could be fuel blockages in the fuel filter or injectors it could be clogged airfilter. Bad wires. I wish you were just a bit closer haha We would have this thing diagnosed in no time. Not to mention these things prolly should be done anyways and will improve your mileage regardless so its really win win. what plugs are you running. Also one last thing are the plug wires seated firmly in the coil pack sometimes they pot out and lose their connectivity.
