whelen UHF2150B Install help

im looking for some help installing my new Whelen uhf215b in my 2000 impala(civilian Model)
any diagrams?i have to cut the original wires but not sure where.

I don't know what a Whelen UHF2150B is ? It sounds like a radio or something electronic ? More info is needed .
