'98 Blazer - Air Not Blowing Through Floor Vents

Hi all, new to the site!

I have a '98 2WD Blazer that is not flowing air out the floor vents. I realize this may very well be a vacuum issue, or perhaps a stuck actuator, etc..
  • Air will only flow out the defroster vents when the selector is set to floor.
  • Air will also flow out the front vents when set to the front vent setting, so I know the switch itself is getting vacuum.
Any advice is appreciated!

I really could use a vacuum routing diagram for the ventilation system.

How much of a pain in the a** am I in for here?
