Rear Seat Won't Fold Down?!

Hi, I'm a newbie here!!

I have a 2006 Torrent, and had this problem before, when the vehicle was still under warranty. All of a sudden, part of my 60/40 rear seat won't fold down or recline. I can't remember if they said the cable broke or just came undone. I'd rather not take it to the dealer, I have two sons who can probably fix it with a little minor instruction. Besides, I think this will be an ongoing issue, and I'm the type who would rather NOT go to the mechanic repeatedly if I can help it!

Anyone else had this problem that knows how to fix it???
