ZC installation question thing....

Alright, this kid I kinda know has done like 3 DX to ZC swaps before. Im almost done "rebuilding" my ZC so I can drop it in my DX. He said that if I give him my DX engine/tranny which has 210,000 and burns oil like a mofukka, he would do my ZC swap for free. I think its a good deal but wanted to ask you guys before jumping right on it. So, should I do it?

What are you going to do with your old engine? I threw mine out.

How well do you know this kid? What if he's all talk and full of bs?

You could always do it youself if you have the time and skills.

Well, I know him pretty good but not great. Right now hes swapping a ZC in my friends 91 crx si and its turning out real good so far, ill have to see how it turns out before letting him go at it. Hes gonna do it in my garage so ill be there with him the whole time. But I really didnt know what to do with my dx so I guess im glad just to get it off my hands.

You could always plant it in the garden

The guy that did mine was a complete stranger. He worked at the shop I bought the engine from and then he installed it on his free time in his garage. It worked out great.
