94 civic dx rythmic pulse
my civic has recently developed a pulse i feel thru the steering wheel that is speed dependent. the slower the speed the more pronounced is the pulse. is this a tire or tie rod or what problem?

could be a wheel out of balance, bent rim, bad tie rod...

Get a front end check, and have an alignment + balance the rims/tires. Does wonders.
