2004 Dodge Caravan 3.3L, is there a power steering fluid filter of screen on this and how do I access it? Thanks again, Sam

There is a filter, unfortunately it is the bottom of the PS reservoir, and not serviceable. Repair requires replacement of the reservoir (price of about $30 from dealer so I am told). There is a TSB 19-001-002 on this subject.
