I hate my life (Paint Problems)

i just primeds and painted my ford lighting and when i went outside to look at it the paint was all chiped and ruff in areas and stuff.....im so pissed right now...grrrrrr.....what do i have to do sand and paint again.... than what have the same problem..

Put it in brake fluid while the paint is still new, take it out 3-4 days later and the paint will wipe off if you hold it under a water tap. You can put in there for only 2 days, but I put the body in brake FLUID (not CLEANER) for 3 or 4 days just to be sure. good luck on your next paint job, remember, heat the can and always use either Tamiya or airbrush

yea put it in Brake fluid, how long did you let the primer harden for? Theres probly a cause of why it did this

ok

i Primed at 3:30 its automotive primer......than i went out at 6:00 and see if it was dry it definatly was dry i touched it and stuff but not like touch touch just to see if it was dry.....than i applied the blac went inside at dinner did some work than went back out around 7:30...and thats when i saw the mess....

So I guess you hav'nt read the FAQ ey? You're supposed to let primer harden for a full 24 hours . Just re-do it and I bet it'll came out very nice, good luck
