Help with my 91Toyota

I know I got a MR2 and I'm having problems with boost. Seeking any help I can get to resolve my problem. If anyone of you Supra drivers had this problem, reply ASAP Please. What could be the reason why I'm getting boost spikes? I'm afraid to drive my car around without having to worry my Turbo will go KaBoom!!! Bad wastegate? Old Blow Off Valve not venting air quick enough? Any suggestions are welcomed. Here are my mods:

*3 Stage Motor
*Trunk Mount Intercooler
*Blitz blow off
*Upgraded JDM CT26 Turbo
*Japanese ECU
*ACT racing clutch
*Exhaust
*Intake
*Boost Controller
*550 Injectors
*Turbo Timer
*Turbo Gauge

You might want to go to the MR2 page and not the Supra page...
