fan problems

I've got a 97 intrepid and the fans come on immediatly after the car is started. Also, a while ago they would come on after the car is started and they would turn on and off continously. I've replaced both the hi and low relays but it didnt fix the problem. Right now i have both relays pulled since its winter heh. Any ideas?

If the car ha A/C tryunplugging the pressure tranducer. Has a 3 wire connector. The switch is in the side line between the compressor and the condenser.

thanks for the reply. i will try that out, and my dads friend also had a similar problem so he's gonna take a look at it with me. ill post up what it was when i figure it out. thanks again.
