easy dogbone mount removal?

i just got my poly dog bone mounts from zzp,and was wondering if there's an easy way to get the stockers out? can you just knock them out or is there an easier way,thanks for any help.

180 t-stat,zzp 1.0 pcm,zzp poly motor mounts,zzp shift kit,3 inch high flow cat,3 inch cutout.

not installed:zzp 3.4 mps,autolite 104's

next to order:headers with 3" downpipe

MMMmmmmmmm, ZZP poly mounts?

Try this, ZZP has a tech article about engine mount stffening where they tell how to rotate the stock mount, I'm sure using this you'll be able to get them out using this method.
