Step 1: find headlight wire
step 2 : splice wire to neon tube
step 3; mount neon tubes
step 4: enjoy

easier said than done. and how many sets can i add to my headlights?

I know nothing about the car wiring.
Where do i find the headlight wire? Splice? The neons are connected to a cigarette adapter, do i just snip it off?
