2001 Grand Am GT
I've tried to google this problem, but I haven't come near the fix. Not a huge problem, more curiosity really.
I have a 2001 Grand Am GT. The remote for the keyless entry stopped working. Obviously I have replaced the battery, but the remote still does not respond to my car. Is there something I am missing? Does anyone know how to re-program them? Thanks!!

Welcome to AF !!
Thier are also 3 relays in the drivers side fuse box. a door unlock, door lock, and drivers door unlock. Also make sure the contacts inside the remote are not dirty. I almost forgot thiers also a fuse or two in the under hood fuse box. #2 maxi fuse has some remote lock control, but this would cause other features to not work, like the power seats, power mirrors, audio amp. Hope that helps!
