1995 Ciera 3.1 Stalls While Driving

My Ciera just recently started stalling on me. It has 76,000 miles on it and I've never had this problem. I just went to go for a drive after having not driven it for a couple weeks and it's been pretty cold here in the northeast (not sure if that has anything to do with it). It stalled at least 5 times on me in a short period of time and started right back up after I popped into into neutral. It stalled once slowing down and and a few other times just cruising. I initially thought it might be the fuel pump, but when the stall occurs you can also feel the transmission disengage so I highly doubt it's fuel/spark related. I'm leaning towards a pcm wiring/ground issue and wanted some input. Are there any common spots where grounds get corroded on these cars? Are there any connections that tend to go bad with time? ANY help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Stalling while slowing down, about what speed are you moving when this happens? It could be the transmission torque converter hanging up.
You should also look at the egr valve. It should be near the top rear of the motor, it has a vacuum hose going to it. Underneath the top of the valve is a diaphragm, touch it with your fingers while increasing the motor idle speed. The diaphragm should not move. If it moves it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

It was all city cruising. . . definitely not enough speed for the converter to be locked up so I'm positive it's not that.

My EGR valve is not actuated by vacuum as you can see in this picture I took before I did an intake manifold swap. It just has an electrical connector on the top of it and it seemed to be very clean when I had it off.

Ok I went for another drive yesterday and it didn't stall, but another problem arose that USED to happen, but went away by itself a few months ago. I'll just be cruising along and all of a sudden the transmission disengages and the air bag, charge, and abs lights come on. It goes back to normal after a few seconds, but the abs light remains on until I shut the car off. When I start it back up the abs light is no longer on. I've done a search on this forum and came across a few people with similar issues, but no one had an answer for them. Needless to say this is very frustrating.
