I need to know everything about putting a big block 468 600+ hp into a 3rd gen camaro
Hi I have an 84 camaro that was originally a 2.8v6 110hp 5 speed car. I spun a bearing and pulled the engine. A friend and I built a 385 stroker. I also istalled a turbo 350 manual valve body transmission. The car is fun could be a little faster has about 300-325 horsepower. My friend has enough racing parts to build 3 chevy big blocks. He is building me one, I would help but he lives 2 hours away. The price is right for this opportunity to purchase a 600+ hp big block. He just got the block back from the machine shop. I am in need of any or all the information on istalling a big block in a 3rd gen. There's some out there just not many. I think it would be neat and I already have a decent platform to work with. I need specific headers probably a larger radiator. Anyone with knowledge would be awesome thanks. Also traction and subframe connectors.

I teach,
I also have an 84 camaro. I have put a 506 big block in it. This is the latest big block I have had in it. I have had several in it over the last 10 years and have done all the work myself on a budget. If you need anything please let me know. My e-mail is [email protected] Thanks David |
