No heat blowing passerger side 2000

We have a 2000 Suburban, and love it. However, I have chronically cold feet. I cannot find the heat duct on the passenger side, no hot air blows out on my feet.

2 Qs:

1) Do you have separate driver and passenger temp controls?

2) Does it blow only cold air ONLY on the passenger side or both sides? No air at all down there?

Okay, maybe that was three Qs....

No auto climate control and I did find the heat outlet on that side. That problem was my hubby not running the fan high enough to feel it unless I sit with my feet over to the left.

the main reason for my feet being cold is on the right side there is cold air (outside air, it's winter here in PA) coming in, and now that it's winter, that is overpowering the heat. Today it was 8 degrees and my toes were absolutely like ice.

Forgot to add, we had it on recirculate, not on outside air.

Just remembered this:

TSB 01-01-37-008, Passenger side colder or warmer than driver side with Heater/ or A/C on.

HVAC case to cowl seal mis-positioned. Also replace recirculation door actuator if necessary.

Check to make sure the recirc/fresh air door is working and the servo motor that operates it. If it is stuck between modes, it'll let in air from the outside.
