help! please

hey there i have a mx-3 eunos model and it wont start. i think its the starter motor but need some advice. when i turn the ignition it makes a low humming sound but thats it. the lights dont dim so i dont think its the battery. please can some one help me? john

take a screw driver and try jumping the starter. or try bomb starting it. or u can take the starter out and go get it tested.
