'99 7.3 Cold starting problems
I have a 99 f250 w/ 7.3 diesel. Won't start when cold w/o ether.
Checked solinoid - ok, Unplugged wiring harnesses to expose glow plug connectors. Test light between hot side of battery and all 4 glow plugs show hot/good. Any suggestions?

Re: '99 7.3 Cold starting problems
Mine has a block heater and when it's in the mid 20's to 30's it works ok. If it gets to 20 or below that don't even help.
