bad idle, and elc problem

I just got a 91 crx si the idle is all over the place in neutral or when the clutch is in any one have any ideas? I also have some elc problem lights and tac go crazy when I get on the gas.

Check your earth leads from motor to chassis or fit new lead from battery to chassis making sure the contact areas are clean and sanded bare metal
