Can I use a Denso or Ngk oxygen sensor
Hello fellow Honda drivers I have a Honda accord 1992 Dx . I have gotten over the last month three 41 codes which I know from reading my Helm manual is a heater sensor failure. The question I am asking can I go with a Ngk 24042 oxygen sensor or with a denso oxygen sensor.I have only one oxygen sensor in the exhaust manifold. I have heard the Bosch oxygen sensors have the wrong resistance for the heater sensor. Also do the fuel injectors on the 1990 to 1993 hondas do they tend to clog or leak.I am looking forward toward your comments.Presently my car is running real rich with black smoke.Thank you

Re: Can I use a Denso or Ngk oxygen sensor
I believe Denso is OEM for Honda.
I installed Denso on my son's 95 about 2,5 years ago. No problems so far. For Fuel injectors I would start with fuel injectors cleaner. I use Chevron with Techron. I hope this helps, Sam

They are both good, Stay away from bosch or any lesser brands. They normally work fine for a few months then have problems.

Fuel injection cleaners, do you mean the one you put in the gas tank?
