changed tie rod wheel still shake

the front end of my 95 civic shakes when i drive. i changed the right and left tie rod the passenger side is fine no play in the tire. but the driver side the wheel shakes side to said? ball joint> thats what i'm thinkin but please help and if it is the ball joint how do i change it?

Could be ball joint, or wheel bearing. The bearing usually is accompanied by metal rubbing sounds.

are you changing the inner or outer tie rod, you cant check ball joints like that..
