Power Mirrors 2003 S-10 Blazer

I have a 6 cyl. 4WD S-10 Blazer with Power mirrors. the problem I am having is the driver side mirror moves out but not up, down or in. the Passenger side mirror moves in but not up,down or out. anyboby have any idea what I should be looking for? The the heater works fine in both mirrors

i would guess the contacts under the switch may need cleaned or the switch itself may need replaced. hope this helps.

Thanks persistant, I intially thought it would be a new switch but the problem is the only thing that does not work consistently is the up/down function. the out function works fine on the driver side but not on the passenger side. the in function works fine on the passenger side but not on the driver side. The switch costs a little under 100 bucks from the dealer and I woud hate to spend it and find out it was not the problem.
