ABS light ON--but not all the time.

I have a pontiac Grand Am 2000 V6. The ABS light comes on after driving about 5 minutes and stays on. After the car is off and warms down, and then I start the car, its back to normal until about 5 minutes of driving then light comes on. When I stop the car then turn it on again..i can hear a clicking outside.

Could this just be a box that needs to be replace? or is a wire loose?
Easy fix?

Thanks

Re: ABS light ON--but not all the time.

Hard to say exactly but have you checked your fluid level ?

If thats ok, then you'll have to get it scanned with an ABS capable scan tool to find out what exactly is going wrong.

ps- for the delayed reply !
