96 jimmy 4x4 only driver side spins

I have a 96 jimmy and i replaced the transfer case switch and the actuator. I wanted to test the 4x4 while it was on the stands and only driver side spins freely but the passenger side spins very slow on 4 high and no to very little spin on 4 low. Is this normal or my front diferential is faulty. I realy apreciate any help.

Normal operation for a limited slip differential. Both axles turn freely in 2WD. The actuator under the battery locks the right axle to the differential and both axles become "live".
