Ran various searches and looked at the FAQs but did not find and specific trouble shoot techniques for the 2002 camry.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Re: AC light blinks 2002 Camry

Usually means there is a fault detected in the A/C system...most typically the system is low on refrigerant. Have the system tested by a qualified tech...it may just need a recharge but a significant leak must be repaired first. Good luck!

Re: AC light blinks 2002 Camry

I had this happen on an older 86 model Camry after going through some deep puddles. My guess is that the drive belt would get wet and slip on the compressor. I would pull over and shut off and restart the car and the A/C would work fine again. This only happened once or twice a year, so I wasn't too concerned about it. Is your problem a constant problem? Have you checked the belt tension? Just a couple of additional thoughts to consideer.

Mike
