Noise from air intake

Looks like the diagnosis forums been booming lately, must be because of the winter months.. they dont mess around.

Anyway its my turn again. Last winter, shortly after i bought the car and put my AEM short ram intake in the car, i noticed a sound coming from under the hood. After listening closer i found that it was coming from my intake. The only way i can describe it is lke theres a small bolt in there bouncing against the inside of the intake. Obviously theres nothing really in there. It almost sounds like bursts of air being takin in but not quite. i couldnt imagine it would be that deep of a sound. Anyway, its back again and i was wondering if anyone could relate. Maybe its TB related?

Also, it went away come spring here in ohio when the warm weather came, and just again started with the cold. Factor?
