84 lesabre v8 coupe value?

Hey all! Wondered if anyone could give me a clue. My mom is selling her second owner, 84 lesabre 2 door coupe, v8/ bells and whistles. It's in average to above average shape, falling headliner, other small things, runs good. Any ideas on value. I can't find squat. We figured maybe $1200?
--I know it's impossible to tell without seeing it, just figured I'd get some ideas of average value of it.
