clutch a problem or not?
i' am having an issue with a 96' SC 1.9L 5 speed. when disengaging, pressing the clutch pedal down, the first 1/4 is feeling really weak and vice versa when engaging, getting off the clutch pedal, the last 1/4 is weak almost no pressure. would this be the hydraulics or something mechanical?

Re: clutch a problem or not?
is the clutch engaging and disengaging fine? how much clutch travel do you have? lastly, are you talking about the clutch pedal free play? the clutch will have some free play (no pressure) at the top. usually between 1/4-1/2" (some vehicles go up to 1")

Re: clutch a problem or not?
Sounds normal. As long as the the clutch is disengaging you have no issues.
