Turbo?

Your probably thinking yay more questions about turbos. Well its not every other vehicle thats got a turbo. Ive looked everywhere (Jegs, Summit, Local Shops, Ebay Craigslist) and cannot find a setup for my vehicle. Its an 04 Chevy 1500 V8 5.3L. Anyone know where i can start looking?

Re: Turbo?

Holy crap, you are turboing a 5.3L Chevy V8? Not sure I have ever heard of that ever. That will require MAJOR work, though I am sure it would be a beast. I wouldn't be surprised if it involved cutsom manifolds, etc.

Re: Turbo?

$6k+, ouch. Sure would like to see it completed though. I like how at the bottom it says that it is a bolt-on. Nice that you don't have to lower compression and swap out internals.
