So im a stumped camper again. I have new plugs, new wires, checked the turbo no shaft play, spins freely, i tryed doing a boost leak didnt hear any leaks, checked the injectors there good. now my 92 eagle talon turbo awd still has one bad cold start. And my real question is that i found and 3 ,4 inch crack in the exhaust manifold. Is that where my bad start and lack of power are from until it warms up enough to close it some what?

What do you mean your car has one bad start? That's really confusing. The exhaust leak is going to result in some power loss if it's before the turbo, yes since the exhaust powers the turbo.

If you have bad exhaust leaks it can effect the cold starts but if they dont leak much it shouldn't effect anything. May want to test the coolant temp sensor.
