Dodge Gran Caravan 2001
How Can I Know If The Cluster For This Car Was Changed, And How I Know If It Is The Original Installed When Was Made It?. I SUSPECT THAT THE CLUSTER WAS CHANGED BY THE BEFORE OWNER TO SHOW LESS MILES.

Not 100 % sure, but I believe the mileage is stored in the BCM rather than in the cluster itself.

Yes, if you change the cluster the new cluster will read whatever the BCM tells it to read.
