Besides the dealership, is there anywhere I can find the undercarriage plastic shield clips and the small splash guard in front of the front wheels and the plastic clips that hold that on as well as the fender well shield clips?

Sorry my friend - I'm thinking you're stuck with the Stealership on this one. Maybe you can build a relationship with a dealer in your area so that you may eventuallly be able to get a discount - even 10-15% can make a difference depending on how much stuff you end up needing over the years.

I'm pretty sure you could find them at any local mall/wal-mart =) you don't have the only forester in the world hehe
