for people who have already got a car with finance

hia people just thought you should know that if you have a car finance prior to april 2007 you can have it written off and keep your car! check out this website pretty much explains it all.

or on youtube if you type in unenforceable loan it will also have a bbc panorama video that explains it all.

just thought the message should be spread!

Doesn't this only apply to the UK? Most of the posters here live in the US so that does not apply.
