92' 3.1L - Battery draining but alternator and battery test good...

I went to go to work the other day and my car wouldn't turn over at all. The dome light and radio worked at that time. Then after I came back from work because I got a ride there, Nothing at all worked, the horn, locks, or dome light. I checked the battery and the alternator at AutoZone and O'Reilly's it tested fine at both places. But when it is in the car, the alternator gives off low amps. Does anyone have any idea? I also changed the battery terminals.

Thanks!

Welcome to AF ppjn348,

Your problem is either a bad rectifier bridge in the alternator (they're normally caught on a bench tester, but not always), a bad voltage regulator in the alternator (bench testers bypass the regulator and usually don't test their function) or possibly a bad ECM (the ECM sends the signal to turn the voltage regulator on and off).
