Please Help 4cyl Rodeo.

I have a 1999 Rodeo 4 cyl 2wd. The starter just went bad and today I am picking up a new one. I have no clue where the starter is on a 4 cyl and how to replace it. Once I find it it will be no problem since I like working on cars and I have all the tools. Please help with directions and pointers.

Thank you

Re: Please Help 4cyl Rodeo.

most starts are on the right side of the cars, it been some time sense my and a friend replaced his. but i would jack up both side and put stands under and then craw up under and look. just know that the start bolts to the trans housing right where the motor fits up to it.

o have fun here a link to a guild
