Angry no power buick

'94 buick has no power. changed icm,cps,cam sensor, plugs,wires,maf, and cat converter. PLEASE HELP

It would help to post engine size and mileage, as well as whether the check engin light is on

When you say it has no power , do you mean it does nothing ( no cranking , etc. ) or do you mean it runs but is very weak ? Tazz is right , more info needed !
