???Fuel Line Details Needed???

I'm currently in the process of re-installing my fuel tank to my 1998 Chevy Blazer 4 DR after a fuel pump replacement and I need a few details on certain parts I'm trying to work with or need to get. I'll list them below.

1 What is the name of this part, I can't find it at any local auto stores. It's used to clip the hose (BOTTOM PICTURE) running from the Fuel Pump to Fuel line assembly prior to the fuel filter:

2 I discovered that this part is a GM213M, but I hear it's been discontinued. Can anyone confirm it? Like the one above, having alot of trouble locating it at a local store. It's about the size of my hand.

Need help to find one.

I'm aware that there is a new hose to connect the fuel pump to the rails but would I have to replace the entire fuel rail system or could I just buy the new style hose??

And can anyone tell me what the R and F mean on a fuel pump?? When I disconnected my old pump, I noticed that the R hose had broke off for some reason, which is the exact one above I need to replace. Does it have to be replaced? Was fuel leaking the whole time?

Thank you for your interest!

Re: ???Fuel Line Details Needed???

The first part is a fuel line retainer clip, any good auto parts store will have them. There are 2 sizes for the fuel lines: 5/16" for the return line and 3/8" for the fuel pressure line.

The second part is available at a GM dealer, or most good auto parts stores will have a repair kit line made by Dorman. The 4.3L S & T body does not have a fuel rail, all you'll need is the plastic line.

The R on the fuel pump module is for the return line, and the F is for the pressure line. If you look close you'll probably see a V also, that is the vapor line to the canister.

The broken fitting needs to be repaired. It most likely broke when you dropped the fuel tank... gotta be careful. If the line was broken before, it would spray fuel anytime the engine is running. You definitely would have noticed it!
