I Need A Trans Pleeze!!

ok so i now have a 1993 jeep grand cherokee ZJ 4.0L I6 Quadra-Trac AWD? (full time 4X4)
i need a transmission for it. It has the AW4E auto trans. I would like a few ideas on where i can get my hands on one for around $300-350.

I'm located in the Chicago-land North-west Indiana area

any help will be greatly appreaceated thank you,
