93 Park Ave Ultra no heat

I just replaced the water pump and I am getting just warm air. The fan is working and the breeze is strong but it is not hot. I don't know if these other issues are related but the ABS lights is on along with the traction control off light and it seems like the car does not go into overdrive. The trouble light shows a code 41 but it is not on all the time. The right front wheel cylinder was also changed 3 weeks ago.

Don't know what the heat problem is but I think the ABS code is for an internal short within the ABS pump.

Thanks C man since my post a code 18 is now showing with the 41.
