Ball Joint Blues? 2006 Eclipse GT

I love my 2006 Eclipse, but something strange is happening...dealer can't diagnose the problem.

There is a sound coming from the passenger-side front tire area when driving straight. It sounds almost like blowing into a bottle. I don't think it's the wind, because I can feel a rubbing vibration through the steering wheel when this happens.

The other symptom, is that the first time I step on the brakes after starting the car, I hear a clunk in that wheel area. Any insight would be helpful!

You may be onto something....I did have fairly recent brake work! I'll get them to check this out!
