1999 Monte Carlo acting wierd

I have been at this for over a month with the great help from this forum. Now on I go. I did a vats bypass and the car started right up. It ran for 1/2 hour and stalled when I turned down the cul-de-sac. I also had unusual actions from the windshield wiper. The gauges all went nuts swinging back and forth and lights flashing. The battery is brand new and the starter has also been replaced. I just disconnected the power amp in the trunk. All the fuses tested good before this last incident. The power locks work but the window will not go up. Is this car possesed or is it salvageable????

whenever electrical problems don't make any logical sense it is usually a ground problem....check all grounds ...remove clean and secure connections to the frame/carbody ..

battery connections/alternator also must be checked...then recheck the starter connections...if all this is not the cause then a fuseable link may be corroded....
happy hunting..
