03 Cavalier no start, no communication

2003 Cavalier
2.2L engine.
Engine will crank, but no spark, or fuel Pump.
Found no Check engine light bulb check and no communication with Scanner.
All fuses ok, and have B+ at DLC. suspect loss of power with PCM or damaged PCM,.

Has anyone ran into the same issues and what was the fix.

Re: 03 Cavalier no start, no communication

I'm guessing there is a problem with the body power. I've seen a few of these with failures in the bussing and connections in the UEC/Relay center. Even though the fuses may be good, the wire to the circuit out of the fuse/relay panel may have no power. The fact that the fuel pump and ignition system are dead might also indicate a problem with the always-suspicious ignition switch.

Re: 03 Cavalier no start, no communication

Update on repair...

Diagnotics..

Found engine cranks no start, No check engine light bulb check, no communication with scanner to PCM but could communicate with other modules in vehicle.

-Checked all power and grounds to pcm, all ok.

PCM failed.

New PCM fixed problem and now starts and runs like a dream. Best Part was GM covered the PCM under warranty past the basic warranty period. They have extended warranty for the PCM...
