All Lights Flickering
After changing the battery and alt. all the lights flicker even if the engine is off. The radio display flickers ....heck everything is flickering !! Any help would be very appreciated

I tried to edit my original post but it wont let me. The problem was there before I changed the battery and alt. I have check for loose grounds and havent found any.
