2009 New Year's Resolutions?

Anybody? I usually don't make any new year's resolutions but this coming year I'm trying to get better organized and do away with my bad habit of procrastination, putting things off to the last minute.
Post up any of your new year's resolutions, and if you'll think you'll have success in keeping them.

Dont' stop tyring. It took me about 5 years and I think over 15 attempts. I finally made it. Used the patch for the first few weeks to help. Been smoke free for 2+ years now. WOOT!

I think this year my resolutions involve getting cars done! I want to have the Cougar's torque boxes finished and have it road worthy for the summer. I want to have a new cold air intake and suspension on the Nissan by October.

Re: 2009 New Year's Resolutions?

Fix the 700 R4 transmission that's been siting behind my toolbox for 2.5 years now, so I can get my fabulous GMC van back on the road.
High gas prices had helped me procrastinate about this.

I took a "baby" step on my resolution today. I needed a utensil organizer for my kitchen drawer - I put up without one for 3 months and I couldn't take it anymore. While at Target, I had picked out some small trinkets from the $1 bins to add to my indoor garden. Then I realized I was doing it again, and that I didn't need to spend the extra $2.25 (after taxes) on something stupid that I didn't need. I am quite proud of myself!

Re: 2009 New Year's Resolutions?

I plan on being more organized, procrastination is just too convenient (rarely) sometimes.
