98 s10 starter

My 98 4 cyl S10 needs a starter. Looks very tight. Will it come out without having to remove exhaust? Thanks

Tight fit but should come out with removing the exhaust.
Give it a try.
Let us know how it goes.

Just remember to disconnect the battery while working on it. You may have to reprogram your radio and fuss with any security system but if your patient and let things run their course, it will adjust itself. On the security thing anyways.
