Tight Caliper Bracket Bolts

Was going to change the rotors on my 92 Regal this weekend since it was 55 degrees here in MI and I couldn't for the life of me get the two caliper bracket bolts loose.
I can get the caliper off the bracket but there are two bolts that hold the bracket on the hub assembly, torx T-60 heads on them, and they will not budge. Without getting that bracket off I can't get the rotors off.

How do mechanics do it? I tried a breaker bar, Bolt Buster, hitting the breaker bar with a hammer, no go, not even a budge. Air tools?

Also, how do I push in the emergency break on rear wheels? I know how to squeeze a caliper in, but it seems it won't go in all the way on the passenger side for the thicker rotor. Drivers side wasn't an issue since the previous owner cut the E-brake cable.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Tight Caliper Bracket Bolts

The T-60 torx headed bracket mounting bolts need to be heated. They have factory applied threadlock on them and are virtually impossible to remove without heating with a small propane torch.
